Twitter can be a great resource for crowd sourcing or inquires from a large network of users from all around the globe. Every wondered more about getting your questions answered on Twitter. Information such as, what people ask, who is asking, who gets a response, and do business listen. Recently I stumbled across this infographic by InBoxQ that answers the majority of these questions.
